Don't Rely on Motivation

Motivation is unreliable because it depends on how you feel. Some days, you might wake up excited to work on your goals. Other days, you might feel tired, bored, or unmotivated. If you only take action when you feel motivated, your progress will be slow and inconsistent. This can lead to frustration and procrastination, making it harder to reach your goals.
